"Our daughter is 19 months old and since she was a baby has always put stuff in her mouth. After too many incidents we saw the Dechoker device and purchased it. She was eating a piece of fish (like she usually does!) when suddenly she started coughing.. I attempted the Heimlich without success and as she was turning blue remembered the Dechoker.
